The Daughters of Penelope District 12 established a Scholarship Club during the1988 District Convention. This Scholarship Club is composed of monetary pledge contributions from Ahepa Family members and other individuals. We have deposited these monies in an investment account, obtaining the maximum available interest rate, helping to perpetuate our scholarship awards.
Each year at the annual District Convention, the District 12 Daughters of Penelope awards scholarships to graduating high school students and full time college undergraduates who are continuing their education. As an organization we realize the importance of continuing education and wish to support the youth of our Ahepa Family in their endeavors.
Pledges can range from $100 to $300 and payments can be prorated over a five-year period. We encourage anyone interested in making a contribution to the Scholarship Club to obtain a pledge form from any Hoosier District Daughters of Penelope chapter, the current District Lt.
